No, you can create an account as a guest, during checkout select ‘ create a free account ‘, but by registering on the site you will have the possibility to always view your shipping addresses, your purchase history and the products included in the ‘Wishlist’ ‘ (Wishlist), so it will be easier to find them and your purchase will be even more pleasant.

We at Maglificio pay attention to your safety at every stage of your purchase.

On our shop you can make payment in various ways:

  • Credit card : we accept these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Postepay, CartaSì, Diners Club, Maestro, simply enter the card details in the appropriate fields and the CVV (Card Verification Value) code;
  • Paypal : you can make an online payment at no cost and without sharing your card details, you can also create a new Paypal account;
  • GPay : you can pay via the app on your smartphone;
  • Bank transfer
  • NB at the moment it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

The shipment will be made via our express courier.

Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days (does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)

The shipping cost is €6.90 including VAT.

It is free for orders over 100 euros, except ongoing promotions (e.g. 3×2, etc..)

The courier delivers throughout the Peninsula, except in these locations (see the table).

You can sign up for the newsletter to get free shipping on your first order.

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Attention: not all products are available for return. Unavailable products (e.g. products on sale) will not be selectable in the return procedure.

Have you chosen to deliver the package to our courier?

  1. Tell us the day and time slot among those indicated in the email to organize the collection via our courier
  2. Insert the item/items neatly folded and packaged in the box or envelope in which you received the order, all equipped with labels and tags (attention: we will not accept returns of items without them) – alternatively, a packaging prepared by you
  3. seal everything with adhesive tape and hand it to the courier

Have you chosen to deliver the package to one of our stores or markets?

Contact our Customer Service on 0424 577 577.

Insert the item(s) in the box or envelope with which you received the order and deliver them to the Maglificio staff.

As soon as your return arrives at our office it will be checked, and if it complies with the return rules we will proceed as follows:

  • If you have chosen to deliver the package to our courier, we will proceed with the refund, in the manner indicated by you, within a few days, deducting from this the cost of collection by courier (6.90 euros);
  • If you have chosen to send the return with your own courier, we will refund the entire cost of the goods within a few days, in the manner indicated by you;
  • If you have chosen to deliver the package to one of our stores or markets , we will proceed with the refund as agreed by telephone;

If you want to proceed with an item exchange, you have 14 days from receiving the order.

NB the change is totally borne by the customer in case of ongoing promotions (e.g. 3×2).

To choose the correct size, we invite you to view the size table in each product sheet; see example tables below.

NB also pay attention to the fit of the model, and to the raglan shoulder: in this case the ‘sleeve length’ must be measured from the center of the neck.
