Always read the composition on the internal label.
If a shirt gets stained, pour a small amount of neutral soap directly onto the stain before proceeding with washing, as indicated below:
CASE 1> If the garment contains a small percentage of polyamide or acrylic you can wash it in the washing machine , inside out , together with 2-3 other shirts of similar colors: pour 2 caps (from the bottle) of perfumed ammonia into the detergent drawer, without adding other products, and start the WOOL wash program at 30° . Finally, set a light spin cycle (max 600 rpm) to remove all the water and thus avoid felting, the primary cause of which is detergents and excess water.
CASE 2> If the garment is made of pure wool, pure cashmere or pure cotton or a blend of only wool and cashmere we recommend hand washing : fill a basin with warm water (max 25-30 degrees) and pour only a couple of scented ammonia caps. Leave the clothes to soak inside out for 15-20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water of the same temperature. Squeeze gently.
We suggest drying the garments on a flat surface , to prevent the weight of the water from stretching them, and avoiding exposure to sunlight, to keep the color homogeneous. The use of a dryer is strongly discouraged.
To keep the garment in its original shape, place it in the appropriate bag in which you received it, without hanging it , and always including a mothproof product in the wardrobe.
